    I am a native New Yorker with Caribbean roots. I am a writer, Educator, sci-fi nerd, and cat-mom, with a license in Mental Health Counseling and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern.

    Driven by commitment to assist individuals, families, and couples in overcoming life’s challenges, I have amassed over 3,000 hours of clinical experience, helping them remove childhood/ generational barriers that impact a fruitful life.

    I graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science, emphasizing neuropsychology. In 2020, I earned a master’s degree from Barry University with a dual concentration in both mental health counseling and marriage/ family counseling. My passions include helping individuals, families, and couples conquer life’s stressors and live a life of success.
